Join us for a slow restorative winter practice, for some calming time for yourself in the hectic run up to Christmas.
You will start the evening with a slow restorative Yoga flow then teaming up with Nicky from "Slow Goose Flowers " a local florist , who will provide candles in a natural green wreath,f or you to create your own personalized Christmas candle to use in TRATAKA ( candle gazing) and take home.
After the candle meditation you will be guided through a winter visualization, then restored with mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies & sweets.
