As spiritual beings having a human experience on Earth, we have always questioned things, particularly our existence on Earth, such as...
Why are we here?
Where do we come from?
What happens after death?
What is the meaning behind the natural phenomena around us?
As part of this we have, as humans, developed a set of beliefs and an extensive vocabulary of signs and symbols that remind us of our links with the cosmos. Sometimes we see things in meditation or relaxation and wonder what they mean and why we are seeing them, sometimes we interpret signs, such as a white feather as an Angel or a sign of a loved one.
But why do we do this? What else do we do that helps us in times of grief or need?
Would you like to join us to explore some of these signs, symbols and interpretations?
Would you like to experience a yoga set to prepare the body for deep meditation using a symbol that is valid for you?
If so then come and join a workshop where you will find some of the answers to some of your reflections and questions, start to understand the difference between a sign and symbol, experience a beautiful yoga set and deep meditation and receive some worksheets with basic symbols and interpretations.
There will also be tea and snacks throughout the morning.

Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby.
