Good nutrition and activity habits can be fun!

This session aims to work with you to gain an understanding of portion sizes, and also the confidence to start cooking from scratch and making meal times a real family activity.

This session is face-to-face. Tickets are free and spaces are limited. Please let us know if you are unable to attend, so the space can be used for others.

Who is this session for?

Parents and carers of children aged 1+ (you are welcome to bring them along!)

• Family mealtime and making this a fun activity
• Nutrition, including healthy lunch box ideas and portion sizes
• Being active as a family
• Getting the whole family up and working together
• Resources and ideas to try at home
• Suggestions for fussy eaters

N.B. This session is open to all parents and carers of babies and children registered with a Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Health Visiting team.
