Kick back and relax with us as we begin with very gentle chair yoga stretches and soothing breathwork. Next, delve into the fascinating world of mushrooms with an enlightening discussion led by Dr. Fungi.
No nwear yoga gear – just come as you are and be ready to unwind!
To cap off the evening, indulge in a delicious Reishi hot chocolate, topped with marshmallows and cream, while mingling with our wonderful community.
