Join Angela Jones, a highly qualified and fully insured wild swim specialist with over 30 years’ experience swimming in the rivers Usk and Wye. Whether you’re curious about your first cold-water dip or looking to deepen your knowledge, this session is the perfect place to start!

Swim costume & towel
Hat and water shoes
Tow float (included)
Wetsuit (available to hire for £5 – please book in advance)
Drink bottle & warm clothes for after your swim
Casual training kit (wear over costume before the swim)
⚠️ Please don’t put on your wetsuit until it’s time to swim!
All abilities are welcome (ages 16+). Equipment can be hired or purchased on the day.
