Start your day by feeling the warmth of the fire and the energy of the woods at this beautiful morning meditation circle.
Surrounded by trees you will be guided to invite in the energy around you, breathe in the new day and create some connected contemplation. These sessions also incorporate a fire and mindfulness to help you create a spark of energy for yourself.

Sally is an Accredited Mindfulness and Meditation Coach who is also experienced and inspired in energy work and journeying meditations. She uses this to connect you to the Woods, your heart and each other.

The space is about a 10 minute walk into the woods. Arrival is at 10.15am and we walk togther.
ABOUT THE VENUE
Wilderness Woods is a private woodland that is approx 40 minute drive from Brighton. It is set within 62 acres, of chestnut coppice with stands of beech, scots pine, douglas, cedar and giant sequoia. The circle is held at The Woodglade Shelter within the private woodland. Should the weather be very wet we are able to access a beautiful indoor space with log burner.
