💙 Paracise – Pay As You Go Gentle Exercise Class 💙Paracise is a fun, low-intensity exercise class for anyone who finds regular fitness classes too demanding. It’s ideal if you’re new to exercise, returning after a break or injury, or looking for a gentler way to stay active.
The class may also be suitable for people living with conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, or general aches and pains.

• Chair-based and gentle standing exercises
