This is an opportunity for you to take some time out to relax and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of various sacred instruments to take you on a meditative journey through the elements and beyond, where you can connect with your heart and the guidance of your soul.
You will experience the sounds of the drum, flute, singing bowls, gongs, frequency tubes, crystal bowls, voice, nature sounds and chimes.
The vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing, rebalancing and nurturing. They can ease a stressful mind, open up the heart, release tension and emotions and create the ideal conditions for self healing and wellbeing.
Bring whatever you need to be comfortable and warm - something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket - plus some drinking water. Let me know if you need to borrow a mat or reclining chair (limited amount available)
It will take place at Wick Saint Lawrence Village Hall, Wick Road, BS22 7YR. There is parking on the left, opposite the hall on the right before you get to the village if coming from Worle. If you get to the Church on your left then you've gone too far. If coming from the other way, then drive past the church on the right, and come out of the village, and the hall is on the left, with parking opposite.
Please arrive at 7.15pm so that we can start around 7.30pm. There will be a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation and the sounds will last for about an hour with time to slowly come round and reconnect with each other and be finished by 9pm.
Snacks provided at the end for grounding. Please let me know if you have a nut allergy.
Booking direct with me is essential please as places are limited. I also hold a waiting list in case of cancellations.
I offer these on a 'Give what you can afford' basis (ideally around £10-£15) so please adjust according to your budget. I am also open to accepting exchanges if that interests you.
