The Elements Series is back! I know we aren’t supposed to have favourites but this is mine for sure. The Elements Series was a concept that came to me whilst on our Rewilding Retreat in Cabilla. A need to remind ourselves that we aren’t separate from nature but a part of it! It is within us.
The Elements Series is a gentle sacred exploration of the five elements- Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. They also explore how they exist within you. Across five workshops we will create space to reconnect, release, and restore through a beautiful intentional practice.
The workshops include a grounding cacao ceremony, yoga- Flow, restorative and hatha , meditation, sound healing, and elemental rituals- including a fire ceremony which will allow you to experience the elements not as concepts, but as living energies you can feel, move, and integrate into your life.
Come as you are. Leave more rooted, expansive (oh I LOVE that word!) , and alive.
The feedback from the last series was incredible! It was a beautiful series to travel through together. I keep numbers low to keep an intimate feel.

You can book each workshop individually at £22.50 a workshop.
Or alternatively book all 5 with a huge discount of £75 for the 5 (saving £37.50).
