Sink into stillness as you are guided through Yoga Nidra – a practice of deep rest that takes you into the space between wake and sleep. Here, the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can reset.From this place of surrender, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of either a Gong Bath or Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. The resonance works through every layer of your being, calming the mind, releasing held tension, and restoring balance at a cellular level.
We’ll close with herbal tea, nourishing snacks, and a chance to contemplate your experience, giving you space to ground, reflect and connect before heading back into your day
