A retreat day seasonal journey through the inner landscape of menopause

This series of half-day retreats is designed to support women navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Each retreat explores a different stage of this powerful transition, offering both grounding and inspiration for the journey ahead.
Each half-day retreat includes:
