Wicked Barley Oktoberfest - VIP

You're invited to join us in the Biergarten at Wicked Barley on Friday, September 20th for a VIP Oktoberfest Party. For one night only, enjoy live music from the Wunderbar Band, German bier and food, games and Wicked Barley Oktoberfest swag! This event is 21+ ONLY. The Biergarten will be closed to the public for this event. Tickets are required for admission.

• 6 Oktoberfest Biers including: the official tapping of Wicked Barley's Oktoberfest Marzen, Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Wit, Pilsner, German Lager and Grapefruit & Ginger Radler. All served in 16 oz. pours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• What's the refund policy? Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket sales are non-refundable and refunds will not be given for any reason. However, tickets may be transferred to another attendee for the same event. Participants are responsible for their own transfers and any exchange of money. Thank you for understanding and adhering to this policy.

• Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Ticket holders must be at least 21 years of age to attend the event. A valid photo ID will be required for entry.

• How will seating work for the VIP event? We are not able to reserve seating or tables for ticket holders. Seating for the VIP Oktoberfest party will be communal "Oktoberfest Bier Hall" style-seating. We will also have high top tables set up for guests to enjoy.

• Can I bring my own food or drinks? No outside food or beverages will be permitted for any reason.

• Is there parking for VIP ticket holders? Parking is not included in the VIP ticket. Parking will be first come, first serve. Wicked Barley has a private parking lot and any surrounding parking is park at your own risk. We highly recommend utilizing a rideshare program like Uber or Lyft.

• Can I use my VIP ticket on another day? Wicked Barley's Oktoberfest is a 3-day event. Friday, September 20th 6-10pm is the only time VIP tickets can be redeemed. Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22nd are open to the public and no VIP perks can be redeemed.

• What if it rains? Is inside seating allowed? The event will continue rain or shine. Wicked Barley's Oktoberfest takes place in the outdoor Biergarten ONLY. There are two large tents as well as a Covered Patio. Seating inside the taproom will NOT be available for VIP guests.
