During the workshop we will:
• explore why smart women sometimes go silent in high-stakes moments
• identify patterns, cognitive biases, and the four response traps
• work with your own real-life story as the foundation for learning
• move through the Awareness – Clarity – Courage framework
• practice crafting a courageous and authentic response
You’ll leave with:
• greater awareness of your personal response patterns
• practical tools to pause automatic reactions
• clarity about what you want to say — and how to say it

About the facilitator
I’m Dr. Anita Csoma, a leadership educator and innovation strategist. I am the creator of Corvinus–SEED’s Aspiring Women Leaders program and co-creator of the Still.Speechless framework, which helps women understand the patterns that shape their voice in high-stakes moments and develop the clarity and courage to respond with intention.
My work focuses on helping leaders find their voice when it matters most.
