Wednesday Evening Arise class 7:30pm at Dalhousie Community Association

• The class is composed of 60 minutes of movement (easy to follow dance choreography, body weight, HIIT and yoga) followed by ten minutes of stretching and savasana.
• All the moves can be modified to to make them more or less challenging to accommodate various fitness levels and injuries.
• All you need to bring is a water bottle, yoga mat and comfortable clothes to move in. Barefoot or clean runners are welcome.
• The music is all individually picked and choreographed for specific movements, lyrics and feelings. 90% of our playlist is composed of female artists with motivating and empowering lyrics to ignite the fire within.
• No judgment. No expectations. No Pressure.
