Who’s in the Room? Race, Culture and You Therapists' Group - Norwich

Take part in this engaging 3-part exploration of race and culture in therapeutic practice. This in-person event is a great opportunity for therapists in Norwich and surrounding areas to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Let’s explore how our backgrounds influence our work and relationships with clients. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity for personal and professional development.

Increase your awareness of the impact of your responses to race and culture. Consider this within the context of your therapeutic practice. Identify any barriers and targets for change. Thoughts, feelings and somatic responses will be acknowledged, but not all your responses will need to be spoken – you will be encouraged to write, sketch, make marks, use sound or signal (you may wish to bring mark-making materials).

Facilitated by Mary Pascall, psychotherapeutic counsellor, group facilitator and anti-racist advocate, counselling tutor and mentor, based in Norwich, UK.

Our group will meet in a comfortable, period-style room, in central Norwich.

Ticket fee is for all three sessions.
