Venue: Nanpanton Hall, Nanpanton, Leicestershire LE11 3YFNanpanton Hall is situated in the heart of England, within the Charnwood national forest. Due to its central location, journey times can be short and convenient by car, rail or air. Yet nestled in this magnificent forest, guests can have a genuine and authentic experience of peace. This special landscape is also home to a wide
range of flora and fauna and due to the large number of meditation retreats held at this venue over the years, there is ‘amazing energy’ to lead you into stillness.
What to Expect: The retreat will begin at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 7 April and end at 2.30pm on Thursday, 9 April.
There will be daily Yin Yoga from Kailash Mistry, Guided Meditation from Sam Hall, Nourishing Vegetarian food from Else-Marie Siebrits-Lenton, an Inner Depths Workshop from Kailash and Sam, Evening Gathering Circles with us all and optional activities. There will be free time to explore the grounds including
access to Fell Ponies, Pigs and Chickens – all worthy meditation partners. Weather-permitting some activities will take place outdoors. A full itinerary will be posted at the Event on arrival.

Shared Room with Ensuite* £385.00
Single Ensuite (including one Access Room) £395.00
Luxury Single Suite £425.00
*2 & 3 bed rooms are available.
Rooms will be allocated on receipt of payment. Full payment will be refunded if you do not wish to accept the different room offer.
Food: All vegetarian or Vegan meals are included in the Event price. In addition there will be water, teas and coffee available throughout the day, together with biscuits and fresh fruit. Due to the strict policies of the School of Philosophy, we ask you not to bring any meat products to the venue. Please let us know of any
dietary restrictions and/or allergies at the time of booking. Please see a sample menu.
Payment: Payment is due, in full, at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel, you are required to do so no later than 30 days prior to the event. In view of the cost of venue hire, a refund or transfer to future retreats, minus £20 administration charge, will only be forthcoming if the cancelled place can be filled.
Community Living: As we will be living as a community throughout this retreat, you will be added to a rota following meal times, to join fellow attendees to help clear away, wash-up and set up for the next meal time. There are excellent kitchen facilities with a commercial dishwasher and as the saying goes ‘many hands make light work’.
