As spring ripens into early summer, you’re warmly invited to a community sound bath on May 5 at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre. The land is alive with colour and growth, and this moment in the seasonal cycle carries a sense of momentum, creativity, and renewed vitality. Rooted in the lingering energy of Beltane, this gathering celebrates life force, connection, and the gentle ignition of intention – offering a nourishing pause to realign with your inner rhythm through the resonant sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, and therapeutic instruments.
The evening unfolds beneath a brightening lunar presence, with the Moon moving through the days following its fullness – a time often associated with integration, embodiment, and anchoring insights into the body. This lunar backdrop supports a settling of energy, helping you ground inspiration and passion into something steady and sustaining. As sound waves move through the space, you’re invited to soften, open, and reconnect — leaving you feeling balanced, energised, and deeply supported as the lighter half of the year continues to bloom.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat and soft blanket for comfortable reclining
Cushions or bolsters to support your body as you sink into relaxation
Warm socks or an extra throw blanket—this time of year can still be crisp indoors
An eye pillow, and a water bottle to stay hydrated
