is hosting "Wellness Wednesdays" a series of free fitness and wellness classes provided by fitness and wellness studios within the Central Street business district. Classes take place in Independence Park, located at 2627 Stewart Avenue.

Take your workout outside with ! Join us for a 45-minute outdoor activation workout featuring high-energy, full-body bodyweight exercises designed for all fitness levels. No equipment needed — just bring your energy, water, and a friend! Get moving, sweat it out, and experience the Orangetheory vibe in the fresh air.
