is hosting "Wellness Wednesdays" a series of free fitness and wellness classes provided by fitness and wellness studios within the Central Street business district. Classes take place in Independence Park, located at 2627 Stewart Avenue.

Bring your mat and join certified yoga teacher, Forrest Bathing Facilitator, and Marie Kondo Method Space Organizer, Sarah Rulseh. Choose Joy with us outdoors for a gentle yoga practice including mindfulness meditation, breathing, and yoga poses for flexibility and strength. All fitness levels welcome.
*BONUS: Free 12:15 PM Sound Bath at Heaven Meets Earth any Wednesday in June or July
