Join us for Movement and Conversations, a intentional 5-week series designed to bridge the gap between physical movement and internal reflection. This series is built on a "process over product" philosophy, focusing on the journey of somatic healing and self-compassion.
What to Expect:
- Guided Movement: Accessible yoga and somatic practices for all bodies.
- Stillness: Guided meditations to ground the nervous system.
- Connection: Facilitated community discussions to share and reflect.
- Journaling: Dedicated time for personal integration and creative expression.
