Wellness Wednesday: Art & Movement is a guided wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment. Through a blend of gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and therapeutic art, you'll have the opportunity to nurture both your mental and physical well-being while expressing yourself creatively.
No artistic or fitness experience is required—this workshop is suitable for all levels and focuses on the process of creating, not the final product.
