Wellness Fest is a local community gathering designed to slow things down and give your body the attention it deserves. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, quiet your mind, or finally try a cold plunge, this event is your playground for a better lifestyle.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a yoga mat, swimsuit, and towel for the sauna and cold plunge. We’ll provide the vibes and plenty of fresh, filtered water.

12:00 PM: Check-in & Community Welcome

12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: The Wellness Circuit (Movement, Sweat, & Recovery)

3:30 PM: Connections, Refreshments, & Local Vendor Browsing
