Full moons are a time for release—letting go of limiting beliefs, fears, and anything that no longer serves us. It’s a sacred moment to forgive ourselves and others, shedding the weight that holds us back from stepping into our full power. Join us as we gather in sisterhood to honor the wisdom of our collective journeys and create space for what’s next.
What to Expect:
Ritual Smoke Cleansing & Invocations: Clear away any stagnant energy and make space for healing and release.
Co-create a Sacred Altar: Bring an item to symbolize your release and transformation.
Safe Space Agreements: We honor each other with open hearts and compassion.
Introductions: Share your intentions for release and renewal in a supportive environment.
Guided Meditation & Visualization: Deepen into the energy of the full moon and explore what needs to be released.
Reflective Writing & Group Sharing: Reflect on the lessons and growth, and share your insights.
Fire Release Ritual: Symbolically burn away what no longer serves you, releasing it into the fire’s transformative energy.
Closing Proclamations: Affirmations for your next steps on your journey.

$33 per person
What to Bring: A notebook, pen, and anything that helps you feel grounded and supported. Self-serve herbal tea will be provided for nourishment.
About Your Facilitator: Debbie Carlson-Gould is the spiritual mentor and circle facilitator at Zen Heart Center. With years of experience guiding women through deep transformative journeys, Debbie brings a compassionate, intuitive, and grounded presence to her circles. She creates a safe, nurturing environment for self-exploration, healing, and empowerment.
