Join Suzanne & Adam for an immersive 2-hour journey into stillness, sound, and somatic release.

We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice—holding postures for several minutes to open connective tissues and invite deep physical and energetic release. Suzanne will guide you through this meditative movement with care and compassion, welcoming all levels of experience.

While Suzanne is guiding Yin, Adam will porvide you with a restorative Sound Bath as a sound track. Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, your nervous system will have space to reset while the body integrates the practice. This portion is fully reclined—no effort required.
