On Saturday 18th April, 7–9pm, I’ll be holding a very special New Moon Cocoon Yoga Sanctuary at
The Stables Yoga Centre in York...
This isn’t a space to push, plan or perform…
This is a space to pause, soften, and come home to yourself.
The New Moon invites us into the quiet.
Into the unseen.
Into the place where we are not doing… but simply being.
And in a world that constantly asks more of us… this becomes sacred.
What to expect:
A gentle nervous system regulating breath practice.
Nourishing journaling to release and reflect.
A deeply restful cocoon ritual.
Restorative / Yin yoga to soothe your nervous system.
A guided relaxation to hold you in stillness.
This is your invitation to:
Let your shoulders drop…
Let your breath deepen…
Let yourself be held.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just space to rest and replenish.
