Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra | York

This session is a deeply restorative experience combining a guided Yoga Nidra, and therapeutic sound. It is designed to gently support the nervous system out of fight/flight or shutdown and into a state of safety and rest.

This is not just a sound bath. It is ideal if you:

• Feel anxious, burnt out, overstimulated or emotionally exhausted • Struggle to switch off or fully relax • Feel numb, disconnected or “stuck” • Have found talking therapies overwhelming • Want deep rest without having to talk or share

You don’t need to relax in a certain way. You don’t need to understand hypnosis. You don’t need to do anything at all. Your nervous system does the work for you.

• Guided Yoga Nidra • Therapeutic sound • A calm, trauma-aware space to rest • No experience required Please bring anything you need to be comfortable ( blanket, pillow) but all is provided for you.
