In today’s world, our "fight or flight" response is almost always turned on. Our Gong Bath Meditation is a functional tool designed to help switch that off. By using the low-frequency vibrations of the symphonic gong, we guide your body out of stress mode and into a state of physical and mental recovery.
How it Works (In Simple Terms)
You don’t need to "know how" to meditate. The sound does the work for you. The frequencies physically vibrate the air and your body, slowing your heart rate and helping your brain reach the same deep states achieved by long-term meditators.
