The Exhale Gathering weaves conscious breathwork, Celtic wisdom, the ancient art of story and birdsong into a day of tending and soft rest.

Held in the beautiful surroundings of Hawkills near York in North Yorkshire, this is for you if you are a Breathwork Practitioner or simply curious about the breath, especially if you're looking for a gentler, more sustainable way. It's for you if you are a busy teacher, if you're in business, or if you've spent years tending others and quietly lost the thread back to yourself.

The Theme: Story

This gathering is held around the living tradition of story - how we tell our own story through breath, how story shapes the spaces we hold for others, and how our life blossoms when we are rooted in something true.

Tending (Saturday 30 May) Open to all

A full day of breathwork, rest, and gentle tending - where your own story is honoured without needing to be fixed or changed. Steeped in ancient Celtic wisdom, these days are designed to be spacious, not packed. You won't be rushed through material or pushed toward some version of yourself you haven't met yet. You'll be welcomed, tended, and given genuine room to breathe.

Your story has been with you all along. We're simply creating a little space for it to be heard.

The Venue

Hawkills, York, North Yorkshire is a place that already knows how to hold people. Set in the quieter rhythms of the landscape, it offers exactly the kind of space this gathering deserves.
