Join us for our weekly Women, Femmes & Thems sessions, a midweek community-focused experience that’s a little different from our weekend spa sessions. Enjoy all the usual sauna and cold plunge delights, with some extra treats included in your visit. Our talented spa hosting team bring a range of offerings , such as women’s circles, special sauna rituals, singing, and sound. All of this is optional, but included in the price. Our 5–8pm sessions also include homemade soup by the fire.

Our Women, Femmes & Thems sessions are a gentle, restorative space for anyone who identifies with these identities. This includes – but isn’t limited to – cis women, trans women, and non-binary people. Our intention is simple: to offer a peaceful and supportive environment where those who feel at home in this kind of space can unwind and be fully themselves. All are welcome who resonate with this space.
