This retreat is a weekend focused on intuition using Shamanic inspired traditions and connection to the woods. You are invited to listen to your higher-self, connect with your Guides & Ancestors and feel the beating heart of Mother Earth. Held within private woodland, you can spend time off grid and be powered by Universal life force.

This is not simply a weekend away. It is a sacred journey inward — a space to reconnect with your intuition, your inner wisdom, and the natural rhythms that guide you.

Explore conscious rest & energy work, allow the outside chatter to diminish. Be supported to feel greater strength and clarity and to create the transformation you may seek. Your encouraged to unpeel any layers of self-limiting beliefs, build empowerment and feel the wild call. We will honour our inner Wild One, shake off what no longer serves you and ignite the fire in your belly.

Each day will include shared breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside the workshops and free time to explore.

Venue

Wilderness Woods is a private woodland in East Sussex, with an abundance of wild birds & trees and small pathways. There is a cafe and woodcraft team on site. The woods will be open to walkers during the daytime but we have exclusive use of the sheltered meditation spaces. The accommodation is spread over three separate timber buildings, plus the bell tents in a private field. There are several partially covered fire circles hidden in the woods of which we will access to. For our meals we will come together at the covered, outdoor dining space. This retreat offers beautifully considered and eco friendly facilities. Most activities will be outdoors but if it’s too wet we shall have use of the Barn.

Yaffle Deluxe Tree House: Two people – £445.00 pp

2 seperate bedrooms with double beds, wrap-around balcony, shower room, kitchenette, woodland views, log burner, towels & bedding supplied.

Suitable for 2 strangers or 2 friends, or if happy to share your bed, the space sleeps upto 4 people. 10% discount applied for 3 or more people.

Dumbledor Deluxe Tree House: Two people – £445.00 pp

2 x bedrooms with double beds, wrap-around balcony, shower room, kitchenette, log burner, stove, woodland views, towels and bedding included.

Suitable for 2 friends. Second bedroom is slightly open plan, leads to shower room. If happy to share your bed, the space sleeps upto 4 people. 10% discount applied for 3 or more people.

Holly Hut Off Grid Cabin: Two People – £395.00 pp

2 x double beds in shepherds hut style cabin, outdoor eco toilet, private fire pit, log burner.

Suitable for 2 friends or 2 same gender strangers, happy to share. This cabin is open plan & cosy. It does not have electricy but battery powered fairy lights are provided, as is bedding, pillows, woods for the log burner and water.

Bell Tent for One Person £395.00 –

Pre-pitched, with ground sheet, fairy lights, double bed with futon mattress, duvet, pillows, floor, bedside tables, lights. Located in private field with WC and showers a few minutes walk away nestled in the woods. Suitable for those who enjoy being outdoors.

Bell Tent for Two People: £350.00 pp (£700 in total)

Pre-pitched, with ground sheet, fairy lights, bed and 2 single futon mattresses, duvet, pillows, floor, bedside tables, lights. Located in private field with WC and showers a few minutes walk nestled in the woods. Suitable for those who enjoy being outdoors.
