BUILD YOUR OWN DAY OF MOVEMENT, MUSIC, RITUAL AND REST IN THE WOODSFlow Fest is a carefully curated one day woodland wellbeing festival set within the forest glade at Wild Spa Wowo. It brings together movement, creativity, nature connection and shared ritual.
Across the day, you choose what calls you. Join a yoga session in the meadow, drop into a sound journey beneath the trees, take part in a fire workshop, learn about herbs or fermentation, or simply lie back in a hammock and pause. The spa is open throughout, offering heat, cold and quiet integration between sessions.
Over the past three years Flow Fest has grown steadily, with many returning each year. Capacity is limited to keep the atmosphere grounded and connected.

• Full access to a diverse workshop programme you build to suit your day
• Entry to the Wild Spa (Nordic sauna, clay sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and Forest Room)

Deepen your inner balance with sound baths, gong journeys and cacao ceremonies.
High Vibes
Awaken your inner energy and tap into your higher self with Astrological circles, Aromatherapy and breath work workshops.

🎟️ TICKETS
All tickets include entry to the festival, access to the wild spa and all workshops, lunch and warm nourishing food at the end of the day.
£125 PER PERSON

🕣 EVENT FLOW
11:00–12:00 | An hour to land, settle in with a cup of tea and an optional opening circle
12:00–19:00 | Workshops with regular refreshment breaks
19:00–20:00 | Wind down with live music and food by the fire
