About this Event
Join us for a week of craft and fun Sports activites. We have taken the World cup as our inspiration to provide a week of crafts based upon Football and Sports.
The Pointer School Holiday club is a childcare facility for children aged 3 - 11. We offer a varied program of activities including arts and crafts, outdoor games and educational play to stimulate and entertain children.
Our arts and crafts are based on the theme of the week and include weekly special events and visitors.
The Holiday Club offers a safe environment with excellent adult: child ratios, under the watchful eye of our experienced staff who are all DBS checked. All our leaders are pediatric first aid qualified, and have experience in the Early Years.
Please provide your child with a cold nut-free pack lunch, a fruit snack for the morning and a refillable water bottle.

Day 1- Football focus
Info: Our focus today is the World Cup so the children will be designing their own footballs and football goals. The children will also be baking with our fabulous Cookie Monsters team

Day 2 - Team colours
Info: Today the children will make and design their own Rosettes and wristbands. In the afternoon the children will decorate biscuits based on a sporting theme.

Day 3-Trophy day
Info: Today the children in Reception to KS2 will be visited by a freestyle footballer where they can learn some new football tricks. Around the craft the children will be designing their own trophies and gold medals.

Day 4- Other Sports Day!!
Info: This morning the children will be creating the famous Olympic rings and team banners. The children in Reception to KS2 will also enjoy a freestyle football session in the morning.

Day 5- Party Day
Info: Today is the last day in our Sports craft themed holiday club and as such we take it a little easier with Baker Ross craft and a party in the afternoon with games and prizes
