It is much more than a physical practice - it is the deepest meditation to promote authentic expression, courage, innovation, living from the heart, serving others and ultimately to embody and express divinity ♡
Kundalini Yoga. A mixture of building blocks Pranayama (breathing exercises), Bhandas (body locks), Asanas (postures), Mudras (gestures) and Mantras (sacred sounds) put together (called a Krya). A purification and correction process harnessing energy to move and cleanse through your gut, heart and head neurology, connecting to turn on the vagus nerve system, endocrine glands and circulatory system for all mental, physical and spiritual health.

You may of heard of Kundalini Yoga and seen postures where it can look intense -which is a choice in levels to experience - in my classes I work with a system that less is more. We work in smaller increments for your meditative focus to be the focus. My classes are intention bases, with all levels of abilities to find your inner grounding and build from that foundation. You are guided and deeply supported individually to find the gold that is in kundalini yoga to bring forth the the gifts through your entire body and being.

What to Expect:

⦿ We Tune in - learn the mantra + find your voice for your personal call out to the universe | Gong clearing with Meditation
⦿ Kundalini Yoga( Krya) - the platform of breath, body locks, postures, gestures + mantras
I work on a complete Krya that is completely focussed on that intention | Each week we will do a different Krya
⦿ Mantra Meditation - Chanting sacred mantras is deep therapy
⦿ Relaxation - Sound Healing

⦿ We Tune out - learn the mantra for gracious blessings and closing of your space | Silence
