Wednesday September 25, sees a double header wine dinner presented by Halliday favourites at Le Vivant. Adam Louder from Mt Langi and Sophie Ward from Xanadu will both be in the house looking at their current and new release wines with you. This will be Adam's first visit to WA.Xanadu award winning Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon plus Mt Langi otherworldly Shiraz will feature across this night of wine discovery.
Here's the detail of the wine offer;
Course 1: Amuse bouche: French onion soup
Course 2: Tasmanian salmon, Calvisius caviar paired with Xanadu Black Label Chardonnay 2023 & the Xanadu Reserve Chardonnay 2021
Course 3: Slow cooked baby goat shoulder and seasonal veg & salads paired with Mt Langhi Cliff Edge Shiraz 2019 & the Talus Shiraz 2018 & the Mast Shiraz 2020 and last far from least the Langi Shiraz 2019.
Course 4: French cheeses; Brillat Savarin, Roquefort Papillon & Petit Comte paired with Xanadu Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 plus the Reserve Cabernet 2019
The evening will begin at 6:30pm with course 1 served around 7pm.
