A deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound to promote relaxation and well being. During this experience allow yourself to be enveloped by the soothing, harmonic sounds of various instruments. Here at Ka Riu Sound these include crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and wind chimes, each producing unique frequencies and vibrations that resonate with different parts of the body and mind.
We begin with a brief guided meditation to encourage relaxation and being present in the moment. As the sound bath unfolds instruments are played in a deliberate and rhythmic manner, creating waves of sound that wash over you. The sound vibrations interact with the body's centres and can assist in clearing blockages, reducing stress and encouraging a meditative state.
An experience ranging from deep relaxation to emotional release, the sounds are designed to quiet the mind, reduce anxiety and create a sense of inner peace.
The experience runs for aprox 1hr.
