What to Expect during a guided breathwork journey❓
Each guided 90 minute breath journey will include a variety of breathing techniques that will help you reduce stress, promote mental clarity and connect with your highest self??
As you breathe you may dive deep into your inner landscape to uncover insights, release tension, and cultivate self-awareness.
Experience the collective energy of a like-minded group as we come together to uplift, unpack and inspire each other.
Following the breathwork journey there will be a 30 minute integration session to explore, journal and share your experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment?♀️?♂️
About your hosts?
Andrew and Servane formed their wellness company Treemendus Health in 2018 as a reaction to, successful and stressful careers in the corporate arena. Today, Andrew is a Trauma-informed Breathwork practitioner. He is also a double diploma practitioner and the West Australian teacher and trainer for the international Sound Healing Academy, a Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia, Life Coach, Kinesiologist, Keynote Speaker and life long collector of musical instruments. Servane has a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Practitioner with a keen interest in cognitive and metabolic health. Together, they have held space and helped thousands both locally and internationally.
In addition to Breathwork, Andrew and Servane also offer regular Sound Healing classes. In 2021 Andrew was selected to represent the Sound Healing Academy in Western Australia and now runs regular workshops and tutors’ students wishing to learn all about Sound Healing.
