Weaving Journal Workshop

Welcome to the Weaving Journal Workshop!

To accompany their exhibition, The Loom as Journal: Studies in Texture and Time, artist Steven Frost hosts this workshop, guiding participants in using mini-tapestry looms to create their weaving journal practice.

Participants will have access to a wide range of materials and will learn how to draft and create weavings using simple laser-cut tapestry looms that are small enough to take anywhere. Each participant will take home a mini-loom with tools and an instructive zine to help participants keep their creative practice going after the workshop. Additional looms will also be available for purchase at the gallery’s storefront.
