About this Event
This summer, INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester and First Street come together to launch We Move: Summer Fitness Series.
Set across the open-air backdrop of Tony Wilson Place and the calm, contemporary interiors of INNSiDE Manchester hotel. The four week morning sessions invite hotel guests, local residents and city workers to start the day with intention, through movement and connection.
From energising HIIT sessions to grounding yoga flows. Each class is designed to suit all levels and moods. Vinyasa Yoga sessions take place within the hotel’s design led event space, while outdoor HIIT brings a more dynamic edge to First Street’s vibrant public space - whatever the Manchester weather brings.

Vinyasa Yoga with Evie Loannides at INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester
For those attending HIIT, expect a fast-paced, full-body workout that requires nothing but your own bodyweight. Designed for all fitness levels, this session combines strength, cardio, and core training, challenging every major muscle group.
Those taking part in the fitness events will receive complimentary refreshments following the classes, including juice, coffee and assorted pastries, alongside 20% off all treatments at Escape Spa.
