Confidence builder session on quiet roads. We'll help you to build up the confidence to cycle alongside other roads users on the roads.
About this Event

Cycling sessions for beginners and rusty cyclists on quiet roads! If you never learned, or could use a quick refresher, we've got you covered. Structured lessons supported by a friendly qualified coach.

This course is for you if you can ride a cycle and want to begin learning or refresh the skills needed to ride alongside other road users

Our Instructors will support you through the following:

• Starting your Journey
• Positioning & Priorities
• Passing Parked Cars and Side Roads
• Making Turns at Junctions
• Planning a local journey on a bicycle

We've got a big range of cycles and helmets available for the session or bring your own.

Please, arrive 15 minutes early to fit the bike and helmet and for introductions.
