About this Event

Vinyasa Classes at Flow Space:

Join us each week for a 60-minute, flow-based yoga class. Every session begins gently with breath awareness before building into an energising flow. Classes can be adapted to suit your pace, whether you’re looking to slow down or move more dynamically.

Dynamic Vinyasa — 6:15pm–7:15pm

About Flow Space~~~

Flow Space is a community yoga studio located within the Boiler House. The space began over a year ago when we started offering local, inclusive, and welcoming classes from a community hub. Since then, it has grown into a regular offering, we created this as a space for everyone.
