About this Event

We are StrongFirst, the school of strength founded by Pavel Tsatsouline.
We are experts in making people from all walks of life stronger.
We believe that strength has a greater purpose and that physical strength is the base for not only for every physical activity but for a high quality of life.
To build this strength, we use kettlebells, barbells and a persons own bodyweight - but in a different way from what you might expect!
This workshop will give you an insight into our approach to building strength in a safe and reliable way - taught by a team of instructors, featuring some of StrongFirt's most senior instructors.
