Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan practice. The body exercises were developed to activate our self-healing energies. With the help of these exercises, we can positively support healing processes, overcome negative emotions, increase our energy, and also become more mindful. Through the combination of position, movement, and breath, Lu Jong gently opens the body's channels and dissolves blockages. As a result, our physical health, mental clarity, and vitality are improved.In this seminar, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche not only teaches us the Five Elements Movements of Lu Jong but also the practice of mindfulness, which holds great importance in Buddhism. Being mindful means being present in the moment. Then we are aware of our emotions, thoughts, and actions. When we are present, our mind is awake in every moment and knows how our actions affect others and our environment. Through the practice of Lu Jong, it becomes much easier for us to engage in mindfulness meditation. We can focus our attention and improve our concentration, gaining greater inner peace and awareness.
