‘The Workshop’ provides a comprehensive introduction to meditation.The opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings

What Makes This Workshop Special:
Safety and Support: With two experienced instructors holding space for you, this workshop ensures you can move at your own pace while feeling supported. During the walking, one of us leads the group, while the other stays at the back, making sure no one feels rushed or left behind.
Guided Meditation Practices: Along the way, we make several stops to deepen your walking meditation experience. You will get a taste of various methods, such as mindfulness of the breath in stillness and mindfulness of the body in movement. This ‘learning by doing’ approach helps you to nourish your inner peace and awareness immediately.
A Place for Joy and Connection: This workshop is about more than walking—it’s about creating a mindful connection with yourself, your surroundings, and others in the group.
