TidalHealth has partnered with the nonprofit organization Walk with a Doc to host a walk at the Salisbury Riverwalk from 10 to 11 am on the first Saturday of every month. Participants will meet at Unity Square, located at 100 Circle Ave., Salisbury, MD 21801.
At this month's event, Dr. Anna Maria Izquierdo-Porrera will present on aging well, followed by a group walk for the remainder of the hour.
