Join us for a 60-minute exploration of one of the most important foundations of natural movement: balance. Inspired by MovNat principles, this beginner level adult class will help participants develop greater stability, coordination, body awareness, and confidence through simple, practical movement exercises. Balance is a skill that supports everything from walking and climbing stairs to navigating uneven terrain and moving through daily life with greater ease. During this class, we'll explore a variety of accessible balance challenges, focusing on posture, foot awareness, weight shifting, and mindful movement. No previous experience is necessary, and all activities can be adapted to different abilities and comfort levels.
