Many parents would like their children to begin walking to school in the summer months or allow them to go to a park independently.
As an ex police self defence trainer, I will teach the fundamentals of personal safety as well as create a series of role plays to put things into practice.
I’m an ex school teacher and currently run Lewes Taekwondo, so you can guarantee a well thought out and delivered session.
You are welcome to stay as a fly on the wall so you can continue the teachings at home.
