Speaker Michele Cavallin is an ex police self defence trainer and is now dedicating herself to help women and girls take steps and measures to keep safe.
This event is the gateway to her expert self defence classes. She has 7 years of experience training the police and 27 years of martial arts experience.
She’s also a fully qualified teacher so you know you are getting an industry standard session.
The event will discuss situational awareness and postures to match, the effects of fear on traditional self defence methods, red flag behaviours and the law.
