About this Event

Volunteer Management: From Recruitment to Impact is a practical, interactive workshop designed to help organizations build a strong foundation for effective volunteer engagement.

Participants will explore the full volunteer management cycle—from understanding volunteer motivations and targeted recruitment through interviewing, placement, orientation, risk management, organizational culture, and program evaluation.

Drawing on NOVAA's proprietary Volunteer Management curriculum, this workshop provides practical tools and strategies that small organizations and teams can adapt to strengthen their volunteer programs, demonstrate impact, and create meaningful volunteer experiences.

Lunch will be provided. Please let us know your dietary restrictions when you register.
