Get cooking with Chef Andrea as she makes Blueberry Bliss Bites, mouthwatering, bite-sized vegan confections sure to sweeten your Valentine's Day (or your Anti-Valentine's Day, if you prefer!).

Chef Andrea Young grew up in Indiana, where she learned to cook and bake from her maternal grandmother, Georgia. As the eldest daughter of a single mom of five, Andrea handled a lot of cooking for the family, and developed a love for crafting delicious, exquisitely decorated desserts. She left Indianapolis to attend Parsons School of Design in New York City, and had a successful career in interior design. Chef Andrea's transition to vegan living took root when she began preparing nutritious vegan meals to help her mom recover from an injury. This led to Andrea's next career as a professional vegan chef, and private chef for legendary pop artist Peter Max. Peter Max was a true chocoholic with a passion for the finest quality vegan chocolate. His wife, Mary Max, was an outspoken animal advocate who helped launch Voters for Animal Rights, an organization that helps elect candidates who support animal protection in New York.

In 2016, Chef Andrea combined her love for creating beauty with her talent for making vegan chocolate, and Sweet Vegan Chocolates was born. Sweet Vegan treats have now made it onto the shelves of world-class establishments, such as The Ritz Carlton, and High Vibe in NYC.

We are currently selling virtual raffle tickets for two 15-piece Heart's Desire Boxes (one box per winner) from , filled with Midnight Passion vegan chocolates. All Sweet Vegan chocolates are vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, and great tasting! Sweet Vegan eliminates everything that gets in the way of experiencing the true flavor of chocolate, combining it with only real fruit and fresh ingredients. Prizes will be shipped to the winners (USA residents only).

Raffle tickets can be purchased at . Tickets are $5.00 each for single tickets and $20.00 for five. These are virtual raffle tickets; you will not receive them in the mail. We will use (a) ticket/s with your name and email address as your entry and draw randomly to determine the two winners.

We will announce the raffle prize winners immediately after the cooking class. You don't need to be online at that time to win (though we hope you will be!), as we will contact the winners via phone or email after the event. Good luck!
