Tools needed:

Mason jar / sealable jar of your choice, any size you can do.

Minimum 4oz max half gallon. sanitized and ready to go Mason jars. One for oil one for alcohol Menstrums.

Plant matter fresh or dried can be provided upon availability, at an additional cost.
First plant(s) for January Mullein and Elderberry

2 plants for January because elderberry is not made traditionally with oil. So we will extract that with alcohol or vinegar. The mullein we will do both alcohol and oil. Participants can choose 1-2 or all.

Needed for zooms:

The plant matter fresh or dried enough fresh for tincture to fill the entire jar. Dried for tincture have enough to fill the jar halfway. For oil dried plant matter only, enough to fill your jar half way.

Plant Matter can be found at your local herb shops or foraged responsibly at your own risk

Kitchen scale with bowl to weigh plant matter

Parchment paper, for placemat and setting.
Have enough*
Alcohol and oil of your choice in the amount necessary to fill your jar size of choice to the rim including plant matter.

Paper towels

Scissors / labels
Paper/Sharpie or any pen or marker
